We are proud to be a family owned and operated business in Dade city for over 23 years. Wozniak Builders was founded by Victor Wozniak, a State Certified General Contractor, and has been based in Dade City, Florida since 2003. Like his father, a respected custom home builder and developer in the Washington D.C. area, Victor is passionate about aesthetically pleasing, quality construction.
